Welcome to LaTeX Math! By using our plugin designed for Canva.com (“Canva”) and Google Editors (Docs, Slides, etc.) (“Google Editors”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Plugin

• License: Equations and Algorithms (“Eqs and Algos”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LaTeX Math Plugin solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
• Platform Variations: Because Canva and Google Editors are different platforms, the features and functionalities of the Plugin may vary depending on where you use it.
• No Warranty: The LaTeX Math Plugin is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Eqs and Algos makes no guarantees regarding the functionality or performance of the Plugin.

2. Subscriptions and Premium Features

• Free vs. Premium: All core features of the Plugin are available to both free and premium users. The only difference is that free users may experience a short wait time before they can begin using the Plugin, while premium subscribers may bypass this wait.
• Payment Processing: Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on payment handling.
• No Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify or introduce new premium features in the future.

3. Privacy and Data

• Data Collection: We may collect certain information from your use of the LaTeX Math Plugin. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

4. Support and Updates

• No Obligation: Eqs and Algos has no obligation to provide support or updates for the LaTeX Math Plugin. Any support or updates provided are at our discretion.

• Disclaimer: In no event shall Eqs and Algos be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Termination

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the state of Louisiana.
