We value your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use the LaTeX Math (Plugin).

• Google Accounts: We collect your email and a unique user ID.
• Canva Accounts: We collect only an encrypted unique ID (not linked to your email).
• Subscriptions: If you purchase an annual subscription, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive basic details from Stripe (such as your email and payment confirmation).
• Account Info: We store account details (like email and subscription status) to enable premium features and match payments to accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage premium features.
• To process subscriptions.
• To comply with legal obligations, if required.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We keep user account records (emails, IDs, and subscription info) for as long as your account is active.
• Automatic Deletion: Each December, we delete account records for users who have not used the Plugin for over one year and do not have an active subscription.
• On Request: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting equationsandalgos@gmail.com. Some payment-related records may be retained if legally required.

4. Data Sharing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Please see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Plugin is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
